1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Prompt Studios client portal, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
The portal provides access to proposals, service agreements, onboarding materials, and client communications for contracted Prompt Studios clients.
3. Account Access
Portal access is granted solely to contracted clients. Credentials are personal and non-transferable.
4. Intellectual Property
All creative work produced under a signed Service Agreement remains the property of Prompt Studios until full payment is received, at which point a perpetual commercial license is granted to the client as specified in the agreement.
5. Payments
All payment terms are governed by the signed Service Agreement between the client and Prompt Studios.
6. Limitation of Liability
Prompt Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
